Journey Maps

by Robert Black

As a business tool, journey maps help groups refer to, visualise and articulate the future in more tangible terms, assisting with team alignment during change.

The journey maps drawn by Robert use image metaphors to help companies, management groups, and their staff see a path from the present to a desired future, depicting notable events to be passed and obstacles to be resolved along the way. They help people re-focus on ‘the big picture’ when swamped in day-to-day details.

  Where to start?

Robert can attend a management workshop in person to gather the information for your journey map, or alternatively you can brief him with the thematic ‘content’ for a map and he will work from that.

But the first step is to make contact to check availability, ask questions, and tell him about your ideas for a journey map …    click here to email
